Responsible Play
Onsight is played for real money. Money you stake can be lost, and most matches end with one seat losing what it put in. Treat what you stake as the price of the game, not as a way to make money. Stake only what you can afford to lose, and stop when it stops being fun.
Age
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. You confirm this when you sign up. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we close it.
Signs of a problem
Playing longer or for more than you meant to. Adding funds to win back a loss. Hiding how much you play from people close to you. Borrowing, or using money set aside for something else. Feeling restless or low when you are not playing. Any one of these is a reason to pause.
Taking a break or closing your account
To close your account, email [email protected] from the email address on the account. Cash out your balance first. We confirm by email once the account is closed. If you would rather take a break than close the account, say so in the same email and we will discuss what we can do for you.
